The fourth and, as of this writing, the last of Roberta Rogow's Charles Dodgson-Arthur Conan Doyle mysteries. I hope she writes more! I didn't love this one quite as much as the others, even though it was set at Oxford and involved Dodgson's photography as an important plot element. A while back I bought some mysteries by Roberta Rogow at MediaWest*Con, and I've finally gotten around to reading them. ( Fun for fans of Holmes and fans of Alice! )

There were some parts of this movie that I liked extremely well, and others that I didn't - overall, I would still say that I enjoyed it quite a lot despite the flaws. Some curious feminist issues going on. (SPOILER ALERT)( here be spoilers )

I was lucky enough to win an auction on help_haiti, where naturalbluicons had offered five icons of the winner's choice.

I know blu likes working with Disney images, and as much as I love Alice in Wonderland in all its myriad forms, I didn't have any icons from the Disney version of Alice.

I've just watched the first part, and I haven't seen the second or even really had time to digest the first, but OMG the original!canon references! EDWIN AND MORECAR!!!! How obscure fabulous can you get???!!!
